We voluntarily undertake our philanthropic actions in the aim of having a positive impact upon our community. We seek to engage and inspire our employees in the same endeavour. Our program prioritises this, ‘giving back’ as a way of demonstrating that our employee and community stewardship can successfully operate alongside our pursuit of profit.
We have previously hosted programs where employees have raised funds, matched by Dobbie, that have then gone directly to disaster and flood relief.
